UtherAcademy is offering the potential for new and current students to gain assistance with reaching their educational dreams within the courses and classes offered by UtherAcademy Educators through various Scholarships.

In order to apply and qualify for any of the available Scholarships, as an applicant you must first ensure to set up an Utherverse account if you do not already have one. Applicants can only be approved for one (1) scholarship in a twelve (12) month period. ID uploads are MANDATORY to be eligible for UA Scholarships.

 

UTHERACADEMY COMMON SCHOLARSHIPS

Open Ended to All Departments

A) UtherAcademy Scholarship

Available: Two (2) 400R scholarships valid for 6 months bi-annually

Available Terms:

January - June 2014 *Applications open December 1-15, 2013*

July - December 2013 *Applications open June 1-15, 2013*

 

B) Ray Schwartz Scholarship - Altering Age Specs

Available: Four (4) 200R scholarships covering different age ranges each valid for 3 months quarterly

Available Age Groups and Terms:

1) Ages 18-25

January - March 2014 *Applications open December 1-15, 2013*
2) Ages 25 - 40

April - June 2014 *Applications open March 1- 15, 2014*

3) Ages 40 - 60

July - September 2013 *Applications open June 1- 15, 2013*

4) Ages 60+

October - December 2013 *Applications open September 1-15, 2013*

 

C) Utherverse Digital Under 25 Scholarship - 18-25 Years Old

Available: Two (2) 500R scholarships valid for 6 months bi-annually

Available Terms

January - June 2014 *Applications open December 1-15, 2013*

July - December 2013 *Applications open June 1-15, 2013*

 

Criteria For Selection

1) UtherAcademy Academic Performance (Dedicated Student)

2) In World Community Activities

3) Real World Activities

4) High School/College Activities

5) Personal Letter of Appeal

6) Financial Need

 

Upon being awarded a scholarship, students will have the pre-determined amount of time to fill their scholarship with the courses of interest. UtherAcademy will reimburse the student for the courses they register for during their approved term, funds will not be granted prior to registration. Note that Licensed Decorator portfolio applications are not covered by Scholarships.
