Description The course will include Color Theory - how to mix RGB values to achieve desired colors and the three Concepts of Lighting which include Area (creating the area which will be used in the light scripts), Light (proper use of Radial, Ambient and Directional light), and State (using Emissive, Ambient and Diffuse). This course is approximately 2.5 hours with lab work, Q&A, and open book testing. Class is limited to 4 students per course and a 25 ray fee. Title Textures - The Power of Two rule and Image File Formats
Description This is a beginner class on texture size and type. We will discuss texture size, their dimensions and how they relate for texture optimization aka “Power of Two” (PoT) rule. This will also include a discussion on the differences between file formats and when to use them. Pre-registration is required. Please send Aquara a social center message 24 hours prior to class time to register. Class size is limited to 6. Class will last approximately 60-90 minutes depending on how many questions are asked. There is a 25 ray fee for the class.
